		+ has spoken to Mary Beth, thinks they are up and runing
		+ lola will go and check up on her soon

		+ steve and chevy didn't talk to lola about anything (chevy was in barhoppers)
	o VHSL – Update from Emily (removed)
	o Barhoppers - Closing Comments (post mortem date/time?) (15 Minutes)
		+ made about $600 in tickets
		+ heath did a great job mc-ing
		+ greg - has gotten feedback from people 
		 	+ he'll compile it and send out an "after action report"
		+ need to enforce/encourage rehearsals between production weeks next time
		+ emily - next time we need to work hard to get new people
		+ chuck - bar HOPPING is cool
		+ brooks - we should talk to The Playhouse about "splitting" a barhoppers with them
			+ will talk to duane sider about maybe doing something next year
		+ lola - can talk to JMU's theatre (brooks - we need an in...like Sam)
	o Art Project (Mosaic) - Update from Heath (15 Minutes)
		+ starting to go very well
		+ went to bessie weller and got 47 canvases done
		+ have gotten about 53 back
		+ we have 100 canvas that need to go out to get to 500 total out there
			+ there are a handful out at the stores
		+ on saturday - we'll setup a booth at the farmer's market
			+ rain date - 
		+ we need to get art supplies for a "do it yourself" workshop
			+ we can try to push for that
	o THE NELLY RAY PROJECT - Update from Chris (5 minutes)
		+ no update, we haven't really heard anything from jvp
	o Groomer Combo - Update from Greg (15 Minutes)
		+ tape has had a few rehearsal
		+ bug hasn't started...
			+ lost a guy, bill j jumped in
			+ having problems with getting cast schedules to work
		+ performance dates: sunday to tuesday run, at clock tower
			+ starts on 17th
		+ brooks - space cost?

		+ emily - can we have an IDR and invite theatre folk? invite shenanarts, oak grove, waynesboro, etc.
			+ jeff - we sent comp tickets to other theatre tickets

		+ want to have a big galla on June 1st, and have the show should run for two weeks
		+ 30 -> 300 people

			+ Sunspots is perfect for show
			+ Talk to Stonewall Jackson and other places for gala
			+ Maybe Mary Baldwin
		+ d'oh - need a committee
			+ heath (not on committee)
			+ sherry will be on the committee and knows other people that will help
				+ drew will most likely be happy to help as well
				+ Julia Bergman is another good person to talk to
		+ maybe...we just have the one show, and that's it
		
· Announcements
	+ emily - heath department and wilson want to do the "inner circle"
		+ they are trying to get it performed more often
		+ we could sponsor performances, paying the fees
		+ blackfiars wants it, girl scouts want it, jmu wants it, etc
		+ when will it be done again? June 5th (maybe) at some apartment complex
		+ could look into a grant to look into touring this show
			+ touring kids show.....
