		+ has been thinking for 10 years and knows how to do ants "right"
		+ basically a weekly workshop that would teach median actors better skills
		+ needs:
			+ space - 2-3 times per week
		+ drew and bill howard are interested in helping
		+ would need between 6-20 actors
		+ ready for performances in 6 months
		+ ampersand would be a "sponsor"
		+ VOTE: will ampersand allow him to use our space? Yes 6 votes for
		+ chris will be the board contact person
		+ our use of our space will take precedent
			+ he gets the space when we aren't using it
		+ no alcohol in the building
		+ sherry will draw up the license agreement
