		+ trish: called, but hasn't heard anything back - she's not at a school, will send info to Emily
	o  501(c)3 – Update from Chuck (5 minutes)

		+ Conflict of Interest Policy: needs to be voted on and signed

		+ need a five year narrative that hypes education and what we give into the theatre - chris and jeff

		+ brooks has a relationship with The Playhouse and Court Square Theatre
			+ barhoppers could possibly utilize Playhouse for h'burg shows

	o  Ideas
		+ chris: JVP - needs to submit proposal form if he wants our help for a show
			+ greg will meet with him and give him a proposal form
		+ emily: Jerhico Damascas - poetry stuff and they are talking about setting up
			+ no one seems opposed to helping, but we need to wait and see
		+ drew: pillow man script - show about killing children
		+ drew: more involved with Staunton Jams? talk to sarah baja
	o  Proposals - Art Project from Drew and Heath
		+ margret colins as a subject matter
		+ get 280 - 300 canvases, pass them out and get information
		+ sign disclosers relinguishing their rights
		+ need to talk to ros colins and terri southerington
		+ need help with:
			+ getting artists and the word out
		+ Unamimous pass $500 budget
		+ Chuck: on the mosaic thing, we will need to know the dollar value of the software that brooks will write
